FAQ
- Just what is a casual game? We like the definition straight from the Casual Games Association: “Developed for the general public and families, casual games are video games that are fun and easy to learn and play. The games are platform agnostic, meaning they can be played via the Internet, PC and Macintosh computers, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo DS, Wii and even mobile phones and PDA. They’re nonviolent, arcade-style games that involve puzzles, words, board and card games, game show and trivia.” And we’d like to add they are usually extremely addictive. Sort of like that episode of Star Trek: TNG where everyone onboard the Enterprise became addicted to that head-mounted game. That game certainly looked casual to us.
- What is your “Featured Games” section? These are games that we especially enjoy playing. They have already been released and are worthy of note. We can’t always be fixated on the future, gotta carpe diem sometimes. We may from time-to-time feature an unreleased game if we are really looking forward to getting our hand on it.
- Why aren’t there more questions on the FAQ? Because we have more matches to make and items to find.
